We provide the most up to date cost estimating templates in Excel that are easily understood and workable although we can create cost estimates in whatever format our clients prefer. We work with our clients to develop a cost estimating plan so we are both on the same page before commencing work. We will then execute the work based on the cost estimating guidelines agreed to. All cost estimates are delivered in a formal report of which the content will be defined in the cost estimating plan. Some of the items in the formal report usually consist of the project strategy, contingency, project costs, and escalation, for example. We will then adjust the cost estimate deliverable based on the feedback from our client. We make sure to track changes and file away all versions.
