The executive team is comprised of individuals with project delivery backgrounds and a track record of successful construction business growth. Our team at Francison remains agile, focused, and disciplined, to face the challenges of the constantly evolving construction market. We are a certified DBE, MBE, and SBE firm.

Philip Shehadeh, CCM, PMP
PRESIDENT & CEO
Philip is the President and CEO of Francison Consulting Inc. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked for a mid-size general contractor as an introduction to the field as well as engineering and construction services firms in the past. Before Francison Consulting, Philip managed the west region construction services group for an ENR top 100 engineering consulting firm. Philip has serviced both the private and public sectors with a commitment to exceeding client needs consistently. Philip graduated with a Bachelor’s from University of California, San Diego.
Nabil Shehadeh, P.E.
CFO
Nabil is CFO of Francison Consulting Inc. He is a dynamic and take-charge civil engineer and constructor with 45 years of experience specializing in the full spectrum of Heavy Civil Engineering and Construction. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer as well as a Heavy Civil General Contractor. His primary expertise is in roads, utilities, and other infrastructure work. His latest responsibilities included managing a large infrastructure contracting firm involved in building a large water transmission pipeline and treatment facility, pump stations, military runways, airport facilities, municipal roads, and rapid transit systems. Nabil graduated with a Bachelor’s from San Francisco State University.
Raymond Shehadeh, J.D.
LEGAL
Ray manages the legal aspects of Francison’s operations. He has experience in multiple industries including construction and technology. His areas of expertise include contract and general corporate law. Ray graduated from Tuft’s University in Boston with a Bachelor’s and a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University in Nebraska. Ray is a veteran, having served the Navy in Guam mainly.
